Taola Consulting is conducting an independent Data Quality Audit across 250 schools in all 10 education districts of Limpopo Province. We are seeking motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our fieldwork teams.

Key Requirements:

National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Education, PGCE, Public Administration, Information Systems, Statistics, Auditing, or a related field. At least 2 years' experience in data collection, fieldwork, research, auditing, or monitoring and evaluation.


Full Description
Taola Consulting is conducting an independent Data Quality Audit across 250 schools in all 10 education districts of Limpopo Province. The project will involve on-site data verification, physical inspections, stakeholder interviews, and evidence documentation at each school.

We are seeking motivated, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals based in or near Polokwane, Limpopo, to join our fieldwork teams as Data Collection Fieldworkers for the duration of the project.

Full Requirements
**Minimum Requirements:**
• National Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Education, PGCE, Public Administration, Information Systems, Statistics, Auditing, or a related field
• At least 2 years' experience in data collection, fieldwork, research, auditing, or monitoring and evaluation within the public sector or education environment
• Computer literacy, including competence in Microsoft Excel and ability to work with electronic data collection instruments
• Valid driver's licence (Code B/EB) - advantageous
• Willingness to travel extensively across rural and urban areas of Limpopo
• Based in or able to relocate to Polokwane for the contract period

**Advantageous:**
• Postgraduate qualification in Education, Statistics, Data Science, IT Audit, or Public Sector Management
• Previous experience with data verification, education sector audits, or school-level data quality assessments
• Experience working in the Limpopo education district environment
• Proficiency in local languages: Sepedi, Tshivenda, Xitsonga
